Here we go again!
After a summer full of new inspiration and some amazing festivals, i will be back with new Inner Pearl workshops. Meanwhile i created some new modules for the 2:30 h long workshop format, taking you even deeper into the vast space inside your soul.

The Inner Pearl
Do you feel sometimes exhausted or want to dim the noise in your head? Do you wanna level up your energy or calm down?
There is this powercore inside of us all, which is shining beautiful and flawless no matter what we experienced in life: The Inner Pearl!
And at this workshop we learn in a playful way how to re-connect and cultivate this source of energy.
Om is going to provide 3 days in a row workshops at the fabolous Mind on Fire Festival in Hessen/Germany.
We use simple tools of breathing, somatic exercises, music, silence and dance to achieve your desired energy level. Bring a smile, your yogamat, your comfiy clothes and some water to drink…

HEAL Solo & Unplugged
Music begins with silence.
