Daf is an ancient drum from Iran. A spiritual instrument used for ceremonies and community events.

The bass, the colorful endless variety of sounds and the natural feeling of the rhythms are unique with Daf.
Further it is a very powerful instrument, specially if a group of players come together with the clear intenion playing the audience into the state of trance!

Now, we are coming together for a community concert, grabbing rhythms of Cologne and as well persian traditional grooves to play it in the Cologne Philharmonic under the guidance of my friend and The Exile Orchestra member Syavash Rastani.

And at this workshop we learn in a playful way how to re-connect and cultivate this source of energy.

Om is going to provide 3 days in a row workshops at the fabolous Mind on Fire Festival in Hessen/Germany. We use simple tools of breathing, somatic exercises, music, silence and dance to achieve your desired energy level. Bring a smile, your yogamat, your comfiy clothes and some water to drink...

Now, through an intimate solo unplugged performance, he blends music, storytelling, and visuals to bring the essence of desert stillness to the stage.

Join us for a unique experience that goes beyond a concert— a journey through minimalist sounds and deep narratives, where the vast serenity of the desert finds its way into the hearts and minds of the audience.

Creativity is one of the most profound tools we have to access our Inner Pearl—this shining power core within us, flawless and beautiful regardless of what we have experienced in life.
Creativity has the power to transform dark emotions into something light and vivid.
Creativity is also a true form of prayer, bringing us closer to our divine self.

In this workshop, we focus on creativity and art alongside other pillars of The Inner Pearl, such as breathwork, somatic movement, and music. We provide painting materials and create a safe space for you to let your creative energy flow.

Have you ever felt, you could need more energy? Or that you wanted to calm down, when the noise is to loud in your head?!

The core idea of Inner Pearl is based on the notion that within each of us there exists a core that is flawlessly beautiful and undamaged; regardless of what experiences we have experienced in life!

Whether consciously or not, we all have a direct connection to this core!
But life events and our thoughts overshadow this connection to such an extent that we no longer recognize this connection to our inner power plant.

This often leads to us feeling at the mercy of external circumstances and therefore looking outside for solutions. Yet the inexhaustible source of strength with Inner Pearl is within ourselves.

In this workshop we want to give participants simple but effective tools that will uncover and further cultivate this connection.

After the summer break and bringing "The Inner Pearl" to several festivals and outdoor events in summer, we will be back with some new modules and even deeper work in Cologne!
