In these uncertain times, we are called coming together using our most powerful weapons: our voice, our words and our infinite love.
This is an invitation to you to bring in your voice and co-creating this movement to remind as many people as possible of this simple truth:
We are all drops in the ocean of unity
We are all sounds in the symphony of humanity
You are one of my favorite artists I want to invite to make this song your own. I know you embody the deeper message of connection and humanity that “Ocean” represents. I am excited to share with you the recording in advance, which we plan to release on Friday, December 13th 2024.
I wrote this song 10 years ago. At that time, I couldn’t have imagined how “Ocean”´s message would become even more relevant with each passing year. Now I had the opportunity to collaborate with renowned US producer Sylvia Massy (TOOL, Johnny Cash, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and many more) to record a new version of this heartfelt song, featuring a group of extraordinarily talented international artists.
Along with this message, I’m sending you the lyrics and a simple chord sheet. You are welcome to create your own version –whether it’s acappella, acoustic, or with a full band. Further, you can also take the instrumental track we prepared for you to use. You can send me just your voice or a mixed version. What ever you feels right for you. The idea is bringing all versions together on a platform and create awareness about our voices to get heard. You can upload your version under your name as co-creator on the platforms of your choice as well.
It would be great to have your version by mid January 2025.
And of course, you are encouraged to send this invitation on to whom you ever feel like. The more colors and versions we get together, the stronger the message!
